Ceface is effective against a wide range of both gram negative and gram positive bacteria such as Moraxella catarrhalis, Escherichia coli, Haemophilus influenzae, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus pneumoniae, and Klebsiella pneumoniae.
