No, Clop MG alone should not be used for jock itch also known as tinea cruris because it is a fungal infection and Clop MG is not an antifungal agent and it is not effective against fungi. Hence Clop MG should not be used for the treatment of jock itch. For the treatment of jock itch, you can use a combination of Clop MG and antifungal drugs such as miconazole and fluconazole.
