How does Mitocent work?

Mitocent contains mirtazapine which works through multiple mechanisms. Mitocent increases the concentration of a neurotransmitter (chemical messenger) serotonin which is presumed to be associated with the feeling of well-being and happiness. Low levels of serotonin in our brain cause low mood and depression. Increased concentration of serotonin in our brain which helps in elevating the mood.
