Mitocent Information

Mitocent, a prescription drug, is manufactured in various forms such as Tablet. It is primarily used for the treatment of Depression.

Medical history of the patient along with age and gender determines the dosage of Mitocent. Individual symptoms and route of administration also determines the right dosage. This information has been provided in detail in the dosage section.

    How does Mitocent work?

    Mitocent contains mirtazapine which works through multiple mechanisms. Mitocent increases the concentration of a neurotransmitter (chemical messenger) serotonin which is presumed to be associated with the feeling of well-being and happiness. Low levels of serotonin in our brain cause low mood and depression. Increased concentration of serotonin in our brain which helps in elevating the mood.

    Does Mitocent cause tinnitus?
