Can Problast increase calcium levels in blood?

Yes, Problast can cause high calcium levels (hypercalcemia) if taken in more than the recommended doses. The normal levels of calcium are restored after discontinuation of this drug and not consuming calcium-containing products. Do not take this drug in more than the prescribed doses to avoid unpleasant side effects.
