Qulef Pod is a commercial drug that is prescribed in the form of Tablet. Primarily, it is used for the treatment of Urinary Tract Infection, Bronchitis, Urinary Tract Infection. Secondary and off-label uses of Qulef Pod have also been mentioned below.

Apart from the aforementioned side effects, Qulef Pod can also lead to other problems, which have been listed below. Yes, Qulef Pod is used to treat typhoid fever. It is a second-line treatment for typhoid fever. If other antibiotics are resistant to salmonella typhi then it is very effective to treat typhoid fever. However, it is best to consult your doctor about the right treatment for typhoid fever.
Yes, Qulef Pod is safe to use, if taken prescribed quantity for the prescribed duration as directed by a doctor. However, few known side effects have been observed such as stomach upset, nausea. vomiting, and bleeding. If you are experiencing any of the above-mentioned side effects inform your doctor immediately.
Qulef Pod should be ideally taken with food(a light meal). Take this medicine in the required quantity and duration as prescribed by your doctor. Discontinuing the medicine in between may promote bacterial resistance which results in a relapse of the infection. You are recommended to complete the 7 - 14 days course even after getting symptomatic relief.
