Yes, you can take Rapirol D for acidity as it decreases the release of acid in your stomach which is responsible for acidity, burping, and discomfort in your stomach. You are advised to take it before a meal or as prescribed by your doctor.
Yes, Rapirol D can cause headache, this occurs rarely. It is a known side effect of this drug. However, the exact cause behind this is unknown. If you experience severe headache after taking this drug, consider taking a mild painkiller, applying balms and complete rest, even after this if pain does not subside then discuss with your doctor immediately.
Ideally, Rapirol D should be taken by mouth once daily but it can be taken twice in some cases depending on the severity of symptoms or as advised by your doctor.
