Yes, Secozam may cause weight gain but it occurs in a few cases only. It is a known side effect of this drug which is thought to be related to dose and duration of exposure to this drug.

Initially, this drug is prescribed for a month and recommends his/her patient to follow- up/ re-visit to check for results.
