Spasmarden is a prescription drug, available for use as Tablet. It is typically used for the treatment of Abdominal Pain, Stomach Pain. Other than this, Spasmarden has some other therapeutic uses, which have been discussed ahead.
The correct dosage of Spasmarden depends on the patient's age, gender, and medical history. Besides the medical condition it is advised for, the route of administration also plays an important role in determining the correct drug dosage. Spasmarden also has some side effects, the most common being Nausea or vomiting, Dry Mouth, Blurred vision. Usually, these side effects of Spasmarden go away soon, and do not persist beyond the duration of the treatment. Please speak with your doctor if these side effects worsen or persist for a longer duration.
It is also important to note that Spasmarden has a Moderate effect for pregnant women and Moderate effect on lactating mothers. Spasmarden is not recommended if you suffer from certain medical conditions as it can have adverse effects. Liver Disease, Stomach Disease, Alcoholism are examples of such conditions. The section on Spasmarden contraindications lists all such conditions.
