How to take Tef?

Tef can be taken orally and applied topically. An oral form such as tablet should be taken with or without food and avoid caffeine intake while on medicine. Duration and dose of the course will vary according to the severity of the antifungal infection. The topical form of medicine should be applied to the affected area twice daily or as adviced by a doctor, do not apply more or less as recommended by healthcare practitioners.
