Znr may cause allergy in rare instances. An allergic reaction might lead to swelling of the face, development of a rash, throat tightness and difficulty in breathing. If you develop any of these symptoms, talk to your doctor immediately. He may stop Znr for a while and examine you properly.
Znr should be taken for as long as it is prescribed by your doctor. Do not stop taking it or take an extra dose on your own. Always follow the instructions of your doctor completely.
No, Znr does not cause kidney damage at recommended doses. However, in case of long-term use of Znr along with improper kidney function, might cause kidney damage. High blood pressure can be managed by losing some amount of weight, doing some kind of physical activity on a daily basis, eating a healthy diet, reducing sodium in the diet, limiting the amount of alcohol and caffeine, quitting smoking, and taking less stress.
