Interaction between Food and Sterdu L

Interaction between Alcohol and Sterdu L
No research has been done on this till date. Therefore, it is not known what the effect of taking Sterdu L with alcohol will be.
Sterdu L contains alfuzosin which works by relaxing the smooth muscles which are present in the bladder neck and prostate. This relaxation results in improvement in the urine flow which make it easy to urinate. In this way Sterdu L provides relief from the symptoms associated with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
No, Sterdu L does not cause heart palpitations. It has not been reported by the patients who are taking this drug. If you are experiencing heart palpitations after taking this drug then it might be due to some other medical condition and you are advised to discuss it with your doctor.
No, Sterdu L and amlodipine should not be taken together because amlodipine is an antihypertensive drug which lowers the blood pressure and Sterdu L might also lower the blood pressure. Therefore, you are advised to avoid taking Sterdu L and amlodipine together.
