Yes, Nexdol P can be used to provide relief from a toothache (dental pain) because it contains tramadol which is a pain-killer. It is only used if other pain-killer medications such as NSAIDs (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) cannot be given due to some complications. Since it is a prescription drug and also a habit-forming drug you are advised, not to take it by yourself.
