Daposure is usually taken only when needed. Take 30 - 60 minute before intercourse and at least 2 hours after the meal. If taken on a full stomach, Daposure will still work, but there may be a delay in the onset of action. It is also important to avoid citrus fruits, especially grapefruit, after taking medicine because it affects the absorption of a drug. Please take it as directed by your doctor.

Do not take Daposure with nitrate, because taking it with nitrates can cause life-threatening conditions. Also, this combination is contraindicated, it must be avoided as it can produce significant hypotension (low blood pressure) and is potentially fatal.
