Yes, you can take it with seafood safely if you are not allergic to seafood. However, there is a lot of scientific evidence that Repace A has shown very strong interaction with grapefruit juice hence you are highly recommended to avoid grapefruit juice with this drug.

It works by inhibiting the movement of calcium into vascular smooth muscle cells and cardiac cells which inhibits the contraction of cardiac muscle and vascular smooth muscle and reduce electrical conduction within heart cell and dilate blood vessel.
