Atocor Information
Atocor, a prescription drug, is manufactured in various forms such as Tablet, Capsule. It is primarily used for the treatment of High Cholesterol. Other than this, Atocor has some other therapeutic uses, which have been discussed ahead.
Medical history of the patient along with age and gender determines the dosage of Atocor. Individual symptoms and route of administration also determines the right dosage. Refer to the dosage section for a detailed discussion.
The most common side effects of Atocor are Headache, Nasopharyngitis, Diarrhoea. While these are the most often observed Atocor side effects, there are can be others also. These have been listed below. Such side effects of Atocor normally do not last long and go away once the treatment is completed. Please speak with your doctor if these side effects worsen or persist for a longer duration.
Furthermore, you should know that effect of Atocor is Severe for pregnant women and Mild for women who are breastfeeding. In addition, Atocor's effects on the liver, heart and kidney are discussed below in the Atocor related warnings section.
