No, Gevast A does not cause sleepiness because prescribed Gevast A has no effect on the central nervous system but an overdose of Gevast A may lead to seizures, cerebral edema, coma, confusion, and dizziness.
Gevast A primarily relieves pain because it is an analgesic. It also reduces inflammations (swellings) arising due to injuries and infections in the body. Apart from being an analgesic, it works by preventing strokes and other heart-related disorders by, the blood and reducing thromboxane (a chemical) responsible for making the platelets sticky.
