No, Hopecard does not cause diabetes. It has not been reported to cause diabetes. However, Hopecard might increase your blood sugar levels slightly, health people can tolerate it easily while the diabetic patients might have some problem. So, if you have diabetes keep a check on your blood sugar levels and in case of a sudden spike inform your doctor and take medicines accordingly.
