Interaction between Alcohol and L Core
Consumption of alcohol and L Core together may have severe effects on your health.
No, L Core does not cause diabetes. It has not been reported to cause diabetes. However, L Core might increase your blood sugar levels slightly, healthy people can tolerate it easily while diabetic patients might face some spike in blood sugar levels. So, if you have diabetes keep a check on your blood sugar levels and in case of a sudden spike inform your doctor and take medicines accordingly.
Yes, L Core can be taken with telmisartan. As per clinical studies, no harmful interaction has been reported after taking them. However, do not take it without doctors advise. A fixed-dose combination of L Core and telmisartan is available in the market which is used for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure).
L Core is calcium channel blocker. It works by inhibiting the movement of calcium into vascular smooth muscle cells and cardiac cells which inhibits the contraction of cardiac muscle and vascular smooth muscle and reduce electrical conduction within heart cell and dilate blood vessel. Dilation of the blood vessel reduces the blood pressure.
