Megox Information

Megox is a commercial drug that is prescribed in the form of Injection. Secondary and off-label uses of Megox have also been mentioned below.

The optimal dosage of Megox is largely dependent on the individual's body weight, medical history, gender and age. Besides the medical condition it is advised for, the route of administration also plays an important role in determining the correct drug dosage. Refer to the dosage section for a detailed discussion.

Besides the aforementioned side effects, there are other adverse effects of Megox as well, which are listed below. Normally, these side effects of Megox are not long lasting and go away when the treatment is finished. Consult your doctor if these side effects become worse or stay for a longer duration.

Megox's effect during pregnancy is Safe and Safe while nursing. In addition, Megox's effects on the liver, heart and kidney are discussed below in the Megox related warnings section.

How to use Megox?

Megox should be ideally taken with food(a light meal). Take this medicine in the required quantity and duration as prescribed by your doctor. Discontinuing the medicine in between may promote resistant bacteria which result in a relapse of the infection. You are recommended to complete the 3 - 7-day course even after getting symptomatic relief. In case you feel any discomfort such as breathing difficulties and skin reactions while taking this medicine please inform your doctor immediately.
