Yes, you can take Mepzol with paracetamol. No drug-drug interactions are seen when taking these two medicines together. However, it doesn't mean that no interaction exists between them. Rarely Mepzol causes stomach cancer. There has been no direct relationship to establish the fact. However, stomach cancer and other cancers may develop because of recurring acid reflux for a long time for example 7 - 8 years or more.
