Yes, Metomac H can make you feel tired, because it drops your heart rate, and if your heart rate is dropped, the amount of blood that your heart is pumping also decreases. This creates symptoms of fatigue, impotence, drowsiness, and lethargy. Please consult your doctor if you feel tired after taking this drug.
