The optimal dosage of Tolol Am is largely dependent on the individual's body weight, medical history, gender and age. The condition it has been prescribed for, and the route of administration also determine the right dosage. This information has been provided in detail in the dosage section.
Tolol Am also has some side effects, the most common being Slow heart rate (pulse). While these are the most often observed Tolol Am side effects, there are can be others also. These have been listed below. These side effects of Tolol Am are usually temporary and subside with the completion of treatment. If, however, they worsen or do not go away, please speak with your physician.

Tolol Am is contraindicated in people with pre-existing medical conditions like Low Blood Pressure (Hypotension), Coronary Artery Disease (CAD), Liver Disease as it can result in adverse effects.
