The correct dosage of Velcade depends on the patient's age, gender, and medical history. While these are the most often observed Velcade side effects, there are can be others also. These have been listed below. Usually, these side effects of Velcade go away soon, and do not persist beyond the duration of the treatment. Please speak with your doctor if these side effects worsen or persist for a longer duration.
Furthermore, you should know that effect of Velcade is Severe for pregnant women and Severe for women who are breastfeeding. In addition, Velcade's effects on the liver, heart and kidney are discussed below in the Velcade related warnings section.
Velcade is not recommended if you suffer from certain medical conditions as it can have adverse effects. Gastrointestinal Bleeding are examples of such conditions. Some other conditions that can be affected by Velcade are listed in the contraindications section below.
