    Broncorex is a prescription drug, available for use as Syrup. The alternative uses of Broncorex have also been explained below.

    The correct dosage of Broncorex depends on the patient's age, gender, and medical history. The condition it has been prescribed for, and the route of administration also determine the right dosage. Refer to the dosage section for a detailed discussion.

    Broncorex also has some side effects, the most common being Skin Rash, Epigastric Pain, Bronchospasm. Besides the aforementioned side effects, there are other adverse effects of Broncorex as well, which are listed below. Such side effects of Broncorex normally do not last long and go away once the treatment is completed. However, if these continue for a longer time, consult your doctor right away.

    • Special Instructions: strength 1.25 mg Terbutaline, 4 mg bromhexine and 50 mg guaifenesin in 5 ml
    2 - 12 years (Child)
    • Disease: Asthma
    • Before or After Meal: Either
    • Single Maximum Dose: 5 ml
    • Dosage Route: Oral
    • Frequency: 4 hourly
    • Course Duration: As directed by the doctor
    • Special Instructions: strength 1.25 mg Terbutaline, 4 mg bromhexine and 50 mg guaifenesin in 5 ml, below 6 years old can take 2.5 ml
