How to make soya milk

Ingredients:

  • Dry soybean - 200 g
  • Water - 10 cups

Recipe:

Step 1: Soak soybeans in 4 cups of water for 8 hours.

Step 2: After 8 hours, take out the soybeans from the water and put them in a blender with two cups of fresh water and prepare a paste.

Step 3: Now take a big pot with 500 ml i.e. 4 cups of water on the gas to boil it.

Step 4: Add soybean paste to the water and wait for it to boil.

Step 5: During this, the flame should be low. Boil the whole mixture for 10 minutes.

Step 6: Keep stirring the mixture occasionally with a spoon.

Step 7: After 10 minutes, drain the entire paste well with a sieve or a cloth.

Step 8: Store the extracted milk in the refrigerator for two or three days.
