Ciplek is a prescription drug, available for use as Tablet. It is primarily used for the treatment of Urinary Tract Infection, Bacterial Infections. Other than this, Ciplek has some other therapeutic uses, which have been discussed ahead.

Interaction between Food and Ciplek
Taking certain foods and Ciplek together may have severe side effects. Talk to your doctor about it.
Interaction between Alcohol and Ciplek
Consult your doctor before consuming alcohol while taking Ciplek as it can have severe side effects.
Ciplek should not be taken together. Harmful drug-drug interaction has been reported between them. Please let your doctor know that you are on warfarin if he/she has prescribed Ciplek to you.
Ciplek and doxylamine can be taken together, as there are no reported harmful interactions between them. However, it doesn't mean that no interactions exist between them. Please take if prescribed by a doctor.
Do not take Ciplek along with dairy products such as milk or yogurt or calcium-containing foods. Dairy products may affect the absorption of the medicine directly affecting the efficacy of this drug. Hence, avoid taking Ciplek with calcium-rich foods.
