Yes, Lestar can be taken with paracetamol. No harmful drug interaction has been reported between them. However, if you feel any unpleasant effects then consult your doctor.
Lestar is the brand name of levocetirizine. It is a prescription drug that belongs to the class of medications called antihistamine (H1 receptor blocker). It is used in the treatment of allergic rhinitis, urticaria, runny nose, itching eyes/nose, sneezing and other types of allergies.
