Ud Spas is a carboxylic acid derivative with antispasmodic and anticholinergic activity. Ud Spas stops acetylcholine from binding to the muscarinic receptors on the smooth muscles, leading to the relaxation of smooth muscles of the gastrointestinal tract, and regulating bronchial, tracheal and pharyngeal secretions.
