Oral Clindsure can be taken with or without food because food does not have any effect on the absorption of this drug. The topical gel of Clindsure should be applied as a thin layer once daily on the affected area or as advised by your doctor. Precautions must be taken in patients with colitis and improper kidney or liver function.
