Yes, Dolomec can cause weight gain. Weight gain is one of the adverse effects of taking it as it causes fluid retention or worsens the existing fluid retention. It is therefore important that if you notice these changes in your body and immediately speak to a doctor in case of an adverse reaction to Dolomec. Do not use it for long-term until and unless recommended.

Can Dolomec cause kidney damage?
