No, Deline should not be taken with milk because it delays the absorption drug by chelate formation with calcium which contains in milk.
Deline can be taken with ofloxacin. No drug-drug interactions are reported between them. Ofloxacin also does not affect the absorption of this drug. However, it doesn't mean that no interaction could exist. Please consult your doctor, if you feel any complication after consuming these two medicines at the same time.
