Seadox can be taken with ofloxacin. No drug-drug interactions are reported between them. Ofloxacin also does not affect the absorption of this drug. However, it doesn't mean that no interaction could exist. Please consult your doctor, if you feel any complication after consuming these two medicines at the same time.

Can I discontinue Seadox on my own without doctors advice?

Discontinuing Seadox in between may promote resistance to bacteria which may result in a relapse of the infection. You are recommended to complete the 7 - 14 days course even after getting symptomatic relief.
