What is Ruazi

Ruazi is a brand name for azithromycin. It is a prescription drug that belongs to the class of medication called macrolide antibiotic. It is used to treat a bacterial infection such as throat infection, respiratory tract infections, ear infections, and certain sexually transmitted diseases. It is also sometimes coupled with other antibiotics and medications to effectively treat infections such as Mycobacterium avium complex infection.

Can I take Ruazi for treating an abscess?

Ruazi is not given for the abscess. It is not recommended for skin and soft tissue infection. Generally, a combination of Amoxicillin and Clavulanate is given twice daily. However. it is best to consult your doctor for the right line of treatment for an abscess.
